Both. We deliver and manage complete programmes — planned maintenance, refurbishment and building-safety works — and we also provide specialist packages (fire doors, fire stopping, IWI, glazing, electrical) to main contractors and housing providers.
London and the South East. For larger programmes and framework works we can travel further — just ask.
Yes. We hold BM TRADA Q-Mark certification for fire door installation and passive fire stopping, and FIRAS certification — so works are third-party certified for your building safety file.
Rented homes and HMOs must be tested at least every 5 years (a legal requirement). Owner-occupied homes are typically every 10 years, and commercial premises usually every 5 years.
Yes — portable appliance testing for landlords, offices and commercial premises, registered with NICEIC.
Sealing gaps and service penetrations (pipes, cables, ducts) and maintaining fire-resisting walls and floors, so fire and smoke are contained and can't spread between compartments.
Yes. Our operatives hold CSCS, FIRAS and fire-door installation training, are DBS checked, and work to documented method statements. Certificates are available on request.
Yes — retrofit, occupancy and ventilation assessments and full retrofit coordination under PAS 2035, plus installation under PAS 2030.
Yes — £10m employers' liability, £5m public liability, £5m products liability and £3m professional indemnity, suited to public-sector contracts.
